The fourth challenge saw Leo embark on the Mardi Himal trail run and trek in Nepal. Beautiful views of the Himalayan mountains provided a stunning backdrop to the demanding and mountainous 42km route, which at the time of Leo’s undertaking became a treacherous course with the volatile weather causing landslide risks with sheer, slippery drops.
