FAQ - Products
All of our main collections, including swimwear, are produced and manufactured in Portugal using 100% premium organic cotton. Our manufacturing partners in Portugal hold all required licenses and comply with European Union environmental regulations. Our founders frequently visit the factory to monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to our ethical and sustainability standards.
Additionally, a selection of accessories, jackets, and outerwear is produced in Vietnam, China, and Bangladesh by ethical manufacturers that operate under strict labor and sustainability guidelines. These items are then reworked and embroidered in Greece by trusted partners, ensuring high quality and ethical integrity.
We are committed to fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and fully sustainable production methods across all our manufacturing partners, maintaining close oversight to uphold our standards.

We strive to be as sustainable as possible, minimising our social and environmental impact through responsible sourcing, production, and business practices.

- We are a proud Seaqual licensee, joining the fight against ocean waste plastic.
- Many of our swimwear collections are made from recycled nylon using Econyl®.

Each product includes a care label with specific washing instructions. In general, we recommend:
- Machine wash up to 40°C.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Do not bleach.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low if necessary.
- Iron on medium heat (avoid prints and labels).
Our clothes are unisex style, based on Men's European sizing.
Our clothing is available in the following sizes:
- Adult Collection: XS to XXL.
- Kids’ collection: Ages 4-11 years.

Your order will usually be ready for pickup within 1 hour, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (GMT+2).
Yes! That Gorilla Brand offers free shipping for:
- All orders within Greece.
- Orders above €60 within the EU & UK (excluding any customs taxes due, where applicable).
- Orders above €275 for the rest of the world (excluding any customs taxes due, where applicable).
- Any order including a charity item (e.g., Emerging Gorilla range) qualifies for free shipping (excluding any customs taxes due, where applicable).
- Free shipping within Greece.
- Shipping to all EU countries & the UK costs €11 for orders up to 5kg. Additional charges apply for orders over 5kg, visible at checkout.
- Shipping to all other countries outside the EU incurs additional shipping charges, visible at checkout.
Note: That Gorilla Brand is not responsible for any customs or duties taxes that may apply to international shipments.
- All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from our headquarters in Athens, Greece.

It is the customer's responsibility to comply with their local tax regulations, including any applicable import duties and VAT.

FAQ - Returns
You may return one or more products within 14 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons:
- You do not like the product.
- The product is too big/small.
- The product is damaged.
- The product does not correspond to the order.
- Products are missing from the shipment.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Athens, Greece.
- That Gorilla Brand covers return shipping costs only in cases of faulty or incorrect products.
- We recommend using recorded delivery or a courier as we do not accept responsibility for items until received at our showroom.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached.
- Must be inside the original branded packaging, covered with protective delivery packaging and with the packing slip included.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, or socks cannot be returned, unless there is a company error or the item is faulty.
- Returns are subject to quality checks and approval by That Gorilla Brand.

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- That Gorilla Brand does not accept responsibility for any returned items until received at our showroom.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
We take great care to ensure our products are in perfect condition when they leave our facility. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@thatgorillabrand.com, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed within 20 days from the date we receive the returned product.
