- You have the right to return or exchange your order in whole or in part within 14 days from the date you received it, for any reason. In this instance, the customer will bear the cost of returning the product. If the return is due to a company error, That Gorilla Brand will cover the cost of the return.
- Please note, returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our offices, we would therefore strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. Always retain proof of postage.
- All returned items should be in the original condition as they were received, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and labels of the product not removed. In addition you must include the payment receipt and invoice. Items will be inspected upon return, and if we deem the items unsaleable they will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned back to you.

- Returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval of the company.
- Exchanges are shipped free of charge worldwide, one time per customer. For additional exchanges the customer would be charged for the shipping cost before the exchange is made.
- Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size of the same product. If this is not available the customer can choose an exchange for goods of the same value or less.
- Exchanges are only processed upon receipt & acceptance of returned merchandise and are subject to stock availability.,
- In case of a returned product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay the order and the way the product was returned, refund of payment shall be made within 20 days from the date we received the product back.
- For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimwear, unless they have apparent faults or there is company error.
