Registration 148058701000 ), engaging in saling of products for men, women, teenagers and infants, clothes, lingerie and fashion accessories for any gender and age via the Internet. The user has the right to make a valid order via the e-shop, provided that he is legally qualified in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if he has reached the age of 18 and is not in legal aid for the conclusion redit agreements sales). 6. REFUNDS - CHANGES OF PRODUCTS
- You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within 14 days from the date you received it, for any reason. In this instance, the customer will bear the cost of returning the product. If the return is due to a company error, That Gorilla Brand will cover the cost of the return.
- All returns should be in perfect condition as they were received, with all tags and labels of the product not removed. In addition you must include the payment receipt and invoice.

- Returns shall be accepted solely upon the approval of the company.
- In case of a returned product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay the order and the way the product was returned, refund of payment shall be made within 20 days from the date we received the product.
- For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimwear, unless they have apparent faults or there is company error.
- All products returned to That Gorilla Brand go through a very careful examination.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

8. OTHER BUSINESS
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc.) we can not deliver the products within the specified time, we will notify you by e-mail to indicate if you wish under these conditions, completion of your order.
